Fruity and wonderfully easy to drink, this grape variety is the king of the aperitif and goes just as well with perch fillets as with fondue.
Grown on the estate’s slopes, it covers a quarter of the vineyard area.
Wines are only available by the case: 6 bottles of 75 cl or, depending on the wine, 15 or 8 bottles of 50 cl.
